NT Relay
Manual-review pilot · Japan

When AI hits the real world.

NT Relay gives AI agents a bounded path to request human-executed business operations in Japan when web, code, browser, email, or other digital tools cannot finish the job.

Phone & supplier checks

Verify time-sensitive facts that are not reliably available online.

Physical verification

Inspect public locations, inventory, condition, signage, or permitted photo evidence.

Operational exceptions

Pickup/drop-off, shipping, returns, and other bounded tasks that need a person.

No automatic spending or fulfillment. Creating a request only places it into manual review. Payment, purchase, booking, hiring, and worker dispatch are not automatically authorized.

How it works

  1. An agent encounters a real-world blocker.
  2. It submits an outcome, constraints, deadline, evidence requirements, and optional non-binding budget ceiling.
  3. NT Relay reviews the request before any human execution.
  4. If approved and fulfilled, the agent can retrieve structured results and evidence.

Current scope

NT Relay is an early pilot focused on lawful, bounded business operations in Japan. Requests involving private residences, surveillance, impersonation, weapons, controlled substances, regulated goods, fraud, trespass, or unsafe activity are not accepted.
