When reporting an issue

• Include the request ID if one exists.
• Do not paste status tokens, worker tokens, passwords, or other credentials.
• Describe expected and observed behavior and the approximate time of the event.

Security

Do not post exploitable secrets or private personal information in a public issue. If a report would expose sensitive data, provide only enough information to identify the incident and wait for a safer follow-up channel.
