NT Relay is an early-stage service for submitting bounded real-world business tasks in Japan for manual review and possible human execution.

No automatic commitment

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or completion and does not by itself authorize payment, purchase, booking, contracting, hiring, or other financial commitment.

Permitted use

You may submit lawful requests for legitimate business or operational purposes. You must provide accurate instructions and only request actions you are authorized to request.

Prohibited use

Do not use NT Relay for illegal activity, deception, impersonation, surveillance or stalking, private-residence intrusion, trespass, weapons, controlled substances, regulated goods, unsafe activity, or attempts to bypass platform or service safeguards.

Manual review

Requests may be rejected, narrowed, delayed, or cancelled during review when they are unsafe, unclear, infeasible, outside scope, or require authorization that has not been established.

Results and availability

Real-world information can change quickly. We aim to return the evidence actually obtained, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal task coverage, or that third-party conditions remain unchanged after verification.

Responsibility

You remain responsible for decisions made using returned information and for ensuring your requested activity complies with applicable law, contracts, venue rules, and third-party rights.

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
