Privacy Policy
Effective: October 2, 2026
NT Relay processes information needed to receive, review, route, verify, and return results for bounded external-execution requests.
Information we process
- Request content, including objective, location when provided, deadline, constraints, evidence requirements, and optional budget ceiling.
- Operational metadata such as timestamps, request status, source fingerprints, service logs, and security/rate-limit signals.
- Completion evidence supplied for an approved task, which may include structured observations and permitted photos.
How we use information
We use it to operate the service, review requests for safety and feasibility, perform or coordinate approved work, provide status and results, prevent abuse, debug incidents, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers or human operators only to the extent reasonably necessary to review or fulfill an approved request. We do not sell request data to advertisers.
Storage and security
Request access credentials are handled as capability tokens and are not intentionally stored in plaintext. Evidence storage is private and completed-request evidence is exposed to authorized requesters through time-limited access URLs.
Retention
During the pilot, records are retained only as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, debugging, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention practices may change as the service matures.
Your choices
Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in requests. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us through the support page.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
